Scenic City Film Festival

When I graduated uni and moved home to OS, starting a magazine and a film festival were my two biggest goals. I collaborated with my good friends Wendel Brooks and Myke Dyer to bring the Wild Lands Film Festival to life - which was rebranded as the Scenic City Film Fest after two years.

We ran the festival on a shoestring budget for six years, winning the City of Owen Sound Arts & Culture Award in 2019 for ‘Outstanding Event.’ Throughout that time, we worked with numerous sponsors, partners, venues, filmmakers, and collaborators. I handled all SCFF branding, marketing materials, graphic design, and stitched our short film program Official Selections together for the big night.
