I don’t care what anybody says - the Summerfolk Music and Crafts Festival at Owen Sound’s Kelso Beach Park is the premiere cultural event in the region. If you work in the creative field and you haven’t had the chance to shoot, write, or work with Summerfolk - you’re missing out big time.

I’ve had the good fortune to work with the crew at Summerfolk for 5 seasons, first as a journalist reviewing the experience. then as a media liaison producing video content and eventually a series, a marketing promo producer, and even as a Performer for two years - no, I didn’t sing. I produced a short film festival with the SCFF on Canadian music.
